Blake has been selling real estate in Victoria since 1992. Among the top agents in Victoria, Blake has been a multiple MLS Award Winner every year since 2000 and was consistently ranked as one of the top producing agents at Sutton Group West Coast Realty for over 20 years. Danielle joined Blake in 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and HR. Since then, Danielle has also ranked as a top producing agent and has been a multiple MLS award winner ever since. Blake and Danielle both consistently represent the top 10-20% of agents in Greater Victoria. They are now proud to call RE/MAX Camosun their brokerage as of 2020.
Blake and Danielle have lived in Victoria for over 30 years. They have an extensive understanding of Victoria’s neighbourhoods, culture, and market. Meet Jennifer Cheng
Jennifer Cheng is a dedicated realtor who has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2016 when she was first licensed in Toronto, Ontario. With a passion for both real estate and design, Jennifer finds immense joy in assisting her clients in achieving their real estate goals. She firmly believes that communication serves as the foundation for successful transaction and goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are well-informed and educated throughout the entire process.
After visiting Victoria and falling in love with the vibrant city and the island lifestyle, Jennifer and her family decided to make the big move across the country. She appreicates the breathtaking natural beauty, rich history, and the diverse range of real estate opportunities that Victoria has to offer. In her spare time you will find Jennifer along with her family (Victor and son Carter, plus their Cocapoo Gryffin) exploring the island on many adventures.
After working closely with Danielle and Blake since the time that Jennifer relocated to Victoria, they decided to make it official in 2023 and Jennifer joined the Moreau Real Estate Team.
